Sadly, due to rising costs I have now had to increase my fees – this will be the first increase since 2016. These new fees will come into effect for all new bookings from 1st April 2025. Fees to stop smoking have remained the same.
Hypnotherapy
Initial consultations can last up to 90 minutes, with regular sessions lasting an hour, although sometimes a little longer, depending on what we are working with.

Stop Smoking
This is a bumper session lasting two hours, sometimes a little longer. One session is all that is needed for most people to become natural, happy non-smokers. If you do need extra help during the first few weeks then I include a free booster session and follow-up support.

BrainWorking Recursive Therapy sessions vary in length, but the first session is likely to last around 90 minutes. Suitable for any issues that you find strongly emotional.
