Finding the Right Time for Change

Sometimes there is never a “perfect” time to begin making a change.

Life is often busy, full, and demanding — and it can feel difficult to prioritise yourself amongst everything else. But often, it’s in these moments that support can make the biggest difference.

I currently offer a small number of hypnotherapy sessions alongside my full-time role, and while availability is more limited than it has been in the past, I am still working with clients who feel ready to take that step forward.

Sessions are calm, focused and tailored to you. Many people are surprised at how effective even a small number of sessions can be, particularly for things like:

  • anxiety and overthinking
  • stopping smoking – (often in just one session)
  • weight loss
  • confidence and mindset
