We now live in a connected world where distance is no longer a barrier. Whether you are nearby or further away, online sessions allow you to choose the right therapist for you, rather than being limited by location.
Sessions are simple to access and work just as effectively through a computer, tablet, or mobile phone. If you are new to online therapy, I will guide you through everything in advance so that your experience feels smooth, relaxed, and straightforward.

How Does it Work?
Getting started is simple. Just get in touch and we can arrange your first session at a time that suits you. I will talk you through the options available and explain everything in advance, so you feel comfortable and prepared.
Sessions are usually held via Zoom, although WhatsApp Video can also be used if preferred.
Appointments are booked and paid for in advance. If you need to cancel or rearrange, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Short-notice cancellations may incur a half session fee, although I understand that genuine emergencies can arise.
Preparing for Your Session
All you need for your online session is a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed.
We will usually connect via Zoom, although WhatsApp Video or Google Meet can also be used if preferred. A video connection is important so that I can see your face and upper body during the session.
If you have headphones, these can enhance your experience, although they are not essential as long as you can hear me clearly.
For BWRT sessions, you will simply need a comfortable chair, along with a clear video and audio connection.
