BWRT (Brain Working Recursive Therapy​ - 

'BWRT' stands for 'BrainWorking Recursive Therapy(R), a model of psychology and pychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI.  It's a totally confidential method that doesn't require you to reveal your private information or personal serets to your therapist, and is carried out in a completely conscious state.  It doesn't use hypnsis or any mystical concepts - its completely logical, practical and down-to-earth, and only needs you to know what you want to change in your life for it to be completely successful.  Only Certificed Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT(R) and all have to ahdere to a strict ethical code.  Find out more at  

As a registered BWRT practitioner, I will be able to help you using this very modern technique.  It can be used with troubling memories and experiences, fears and phobias, relationship issues, commitment phobia, mild depression, general anxiety, test nerves, fear of dentists, needles, addictions such as smoking etc.  It can also help with such things as motivation, fear of failure and success inhibition to name but a few.

It's a very quick and effective therapy, often needing only one or two session.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy -

Most people have heard of hypnotherapy but without perhaps realising how successful it can be when used for anxiety and stress relief.  When I use hypnosis to help a client to get better I am accessing a very receptive state of focused awareness that naturally occurs several times during the course of a normal day.  I use hypnotherapy to help with stress, anxiety, depression, anger management, panic attacks and issues surrounding confidence, weight management and quitting smoking.  Our deepest thoughts can cause us to suffer, but they can also cause us to heal.  We just need to change those thoughts and stuck ways of thinking.  Solution focused hypnotherapy is a special type of hypnotherapy that also uses a form of positive psychology to help you get the results that you want.

Reiki Healing -

Reiki is a gentle healing energy that can soothe and relax.  As you experience this healing touch you will find yourself surrendering to calmness.  It soothes and heals, restoring balance and harmony and giving people a new-found sense of connectedness with their own selves.  Reiki is a fantastic way to increase relaxation and let go of stress as "life force" energy is channelled through the hands of the Reiki healer.  Peaceful feeling of calm are promoted as this spiritual healing brings a sense of tranquility, softening the emotions and allowing the flow of the body's natural healing abilities.  This is not a massage and is a fully clothed treatment.  

Indian Head Massage -

This therapy is fantastic for removing blockages and tension around the upper back, neck, shoulders, arms and head.  We sometimes don't realise that we are carrying pain in our bodies, dragging the problems of the world along with us and feeling the burdens of modern life.  Sometimes we slouch and hold ourselves in bad postural stances.  Indian Head Massage gently releases the knots and tensions of the day, using an incredible relaxing touch to encourage blood flow to the scalp.  This massage will help to get rid of headaches, back and shoulder pain, leaving you feeling relaxed and comfortable.

Swedish Massage - 

There is very little as physically relaxing as a massage.  Swedish massage is gentle, soft and flowing and the most common type of massage available - in fact it is the foundation of many other types of massage. 

Oils are used to lubricate the skin and a variety of techniques will transport you in waves of contented comfort.  This massage will encourage blood flow and lymphatic drainage which helps to eliminate toxins from the body.  Knots will be soothed and tight muscles calmed as tension flows away and your body returns to balance.  Cats purr, don't they?!

Hopi Candling -

Hopi ear treatments can help to eliminate wax and other debris from the ear canal.  A lighted 'candle' made of linen is gently inserted into the ear and as it burns a vacuum is created which encourages a chimney-like suction.  As the candle smolders you will experience a gentle warmth, perhaps hearing it sizzle before it is safely removed.  This treatment also includes a sinus drain, which is a very relaxing facial massage.  This helps to unblock those sinus points of the face and forehead, encouraging healing and cleansing.  Hopi treatments can be really useful if you feel your ears are irritated with excess wax, or if you have a cold or are experiencing vertigo.
